SHIPPING & RETURNS
Handmade Crochet Items
Every crochet piece in my shop is handmade by me, stitch by stitch.
Because of this, production times vary slightly depending on yarn availability and how many orders are coming through.
Production time:
- Ready-made items: ship within 2–3 business days
- Made-to-order items: aiming to ship within 5–7 business days
- Custom colour requests: may require an additional 2–4 days depending on yarn availability (I will contact you after purchase to confirm your chosen colour)
Shipping Rates (Crochet Items)
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the rates I receive through Shopify + Royal Mail. I do however offer free shipping depending on the size of the order and your location.
United Kingdom
- Free shipping on orders over £50
Europe Zone 1 (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Sweden)
- Free shipping on orders over £100
Europe Zone 2 (Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia)
- Free shipping on orders over £170
USA & Canada
- Free shipping on orders over £250
All parcels are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked services.
Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- UK: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–11 business days
- USA/Canada: 6–17 business days
Please note: International deliveries may experience customs delays, which are outside my control.
ART PRINTS
Art prints are produced and shipped directly by my trusted printing partner Gelato.
How it works:
- Prints are produced in the fulfilment centre closest to you
- They ship separately from crochet items
- Their shipping fees and delivery times may differ slightly and will be shown at checkout
- Tracking is always provided
Production time for prints: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 2–11 business days depending on your location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Crochet Items
Due to the handmade nature of my work, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Every piece is made entirely by hand, with heirloom-quality craftsmanship and unique variations that are part of its character.
However:
❤️ If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I will make it right.
Please include photos so I can help you quickly.
Art Prints
Because prints are made to order and fulfilled externally, Gelato does not allow returns unless:
- The print arrives damaged
- There is a printing error
- You received the wrong item
If this happens, please email me within 48 hours with photos and your order number. I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
- After I begin working on your handmade piece or Gelato begins printing your artwork, cancellations are no longer possible.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I gladly accept custom colour and sizing requests for crochet items.
If you choose “Made to Order”, you can include your colour preferences in the Order Notes at checkout.
I’ll contact you personally to finalise yarn options or design choices if you have something extra special in mind.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

DELIVERY TIME RECOMMENDATIONS
To be safe:
- For Europe: place orders 10 days before you need the item
- For USA/Canada: place orders 3–4 weeks before needed
(especially if you’re ordering a custom colour or size)
